Wisemen Water Retreat

WISEMEN: The Water Experience
Retreat Details:
Come join us for a 3-night retreat at the Barn at Boyds Mills, Highlights Foundation and experience our program as it is an elixir-created by three individual paths that draw from centuries-old wisdom, cutting edge scientific research, and a little bit of common sense.
The Wisemen Project is based on achieving incredible results in self-optimization by combining cutting-edge modern science with ancient Eastern methods such as yoga, tai chi, qi gong, breathwork, meditation and mindfulness. We share almost 50 years of experience with these healing arts in combination with modern, scientific research to provide you with tools for sustained energy, reduced stress and overall well being. Our unique, element-themed retreats, are designed to keep you balanced and thriving, especially during times of transition- whether it be the seasons or life or other significant paradigm shifts.
The Wisemen Water Retreat abides by the traditional Eastern philosophy that water is the greatest sustainer of life. Our unique Wisemen Flow directs the body’s natural hydration system and energy to the vital organs, helping you to overcome the seasonal causes and effects of stress, burnout. sleep issues, overwhelm and anxiety. Our Wisemen signature “six pillars” are specifically designed to holistically address these challenges and give you the tools you need to help break through personal barriers as you work towards becoming your best self through proper nutrition, exercise, mindset, rest, wealth creation and connection to both yourself and others.
The Water Retreat is specifically dated to prepare for warmer months and therefore higher levels of activity and attention. Our Wisemen Flow hydrates and revitalizes the vital organs to prime you for successfully adapting to the new season and to reignite the dormant energy that is suppressed during colder months. We emphasize the importance of circulation to reduce blood stagnation, which is the foundation of many diseases in the body. Our specific agenda for the Water Experience offers the space for both work and rest so you can re-enter life from a space of equanimity, versus perpetuating the cycle of feeling fried or overwhelmed. Moreover, it is our priority that your newfound clarity, focus and calm will stay with you long after the weekend is over. You’ll certainly feel de-stressed and recharged after this event, and if you integrate our tools and processes into your life on an ongoing basis, the benefits will be everlasting.
The keystone of our process lies in our six pillars of optimized living. The experience of going deep on addressing each of these pillars may result in a refinement of your normal lifestyle or quite possibly a stark positive shift in comparison to poor habits. Our goal is to lay the foundation for healthy living and to inspire you to become conscientious, so that the patterns and habits of your life contribute to attainable health goals both immediately, and in the future. Our passion and preparation, combined with your willingness to approach the experience with an open mind is the reason our events are so transformational. The Water Retreat is an open-to-all-levels event, filled with a plethora of tools, education and practices to help anyone and everyone live a healthier, happier life- both for themselves and for the ones they love.
