It’s been 10 years since walking across the stage at College Hall, and that’s something worth celebrating! A Highlights retreat is just what we need to reconnect, catch up, and maybe even write a little. The retreat will be largely unstructured, but if there’s interest in a workshop or other more organized activity, we can make it happen.

Highlights offers delicious, locally sourced meals, with snacks and beverages throughout the day. The Highlights Foundation campus has ample opportunities for walking, hiking, bird watching and gorgeous sunsets as the campus is surrounded by nature and farms.

You may check into your lodging anytime after 3pm on arrival day.  If you arrive prior to 3pm, you may enjoy the grounds and various work and gathering places around the facility as your room is being prepared. The first meal on campus will be appetizers at 5:30pm and dinner at 6:00pm.  If you arrive late, we can save dinner for you with advance notice.

Lunch on the final day of your stay is included, but we ask that you check out of your lodging by 11am. You are welcome to leave your packed bags by the door of your room/cabin while you enjoy lunch and say your goodbyes. Housekeeping may enter your room during this period to begin cleaning and prepping for our next guests.  Thank you for your consideration.

Information/Questions:

Although the main registration page only shows pricing for single occupancy, on the next screen you may choose either single or double occupancy. The cabins are single occupancy, however, rooms in the Lodge can be shared if desired. Lodging types are first-come first-serve. Please note that if you would like to share a room, please follow the instructions while registering. If choosing double occupancy, we ask that only one person register both people. We’ll then go into each person’s invoice, and adjust the balance due evenly, and bill the second person for their deposit/or payment in full, as well as send the second registrant a form so they may supply dietary needs, etc. We apologize for this inconvenience. You’ll note that there is also an option to stay on campus an additional day or two after this retreat.

You are welcome to cancel your registration and receive a full refund up to 30 days before the start of your retreat. Cancellations made 7-29 days in advance will incur a fee equivalent to 15% of total retreat cost. Cancellations made within one week of retreat start will incur a fee equivalent to 30% of total retreat cost.
