Picture books are filled with pride! Join celebrated authors Rob Sanders and Lesléa Newman for this short course designed to bring LGBTQIA+ creators and allies together to learn about revision techniques for picture books. This program is filled with books that celebrate joy, respect, and appreciation for children in today’s world, showing beauty and strength in our rainbow of experiences. This program is a starting point for your study, and a great fit if you’re looking for a short course of two, 75-minute sessions offering limited interaction with the community, but loads of information.

• You’re looking for something short, sweet, and smart! This is not a full workshop; they are short sessions meant to share ideas for revision of picture books with a special interest of LGBTQIA2S+ representation.
