Highlights Foundation Scholarship Acceptance for 2024

Congratulations on receiving a scholarship with the Highlights Foundation!

Here’s what to do next:

• Accept the award by clicking on “Accept Your Scholarship.” Here, you’ll fill in your contact information and let us know whether you are comfortable with us sharing your name publicly. We’d like to share your name, along with the scholarship you have been awarded, if you agree.
• Your confirmation email will contain a link to view all the details on how to best use your award.
• If you’ve been awarded a workshop scholarship, and already know the workshop you want to take, great! Your confirmation will tell you what to do next.
• If you don’t know the workshop you want to take, no worries! You’ll have plenty of opportunity to read all about what we offer. And we have staff available to help you choose a workshop that is best suited to you. You have until the end of 2024 to take advantage of your scholarship.
• We ask that you please accept your scholarship by April 12, 2024. We’ll remind you before that deadline. But if you are no longer able to accept the scholarship, we’d like to offer it to someone else.
• DO YOU HAVE LOGISTICS QUESTIONS? You can go ahead and accept your scholarship now.  After that, you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions via the instructions in your confirmation email. If an issue comes up and you ultimately cannot accept your award, or need to make changes to what you’ve received, we’ll proceed accordingly at that time.

The Fine Print:

1. While scholarships can be used for applicable programs, participation is still subject to the availability of the course (i.e. sign up early to reserve a spot and ensure availability).
2. In a case where a course requires an application for acceptance, you will still need to apply for that course.
